About Us
Great Explorations Preschool has been meeting and exceeding Michigan’s Early Childhood Standards of Quality for Prekindergarten since 1988. We are committed to providing a well-balanced, highly personalized education that promotes the development of the whole child. Our program is licensed by the state of Michigan, rated 5 stars, and is in partnership with Kalamazoo County Ready 4s to provide tuition assistance to 3 and 4-year-olds who reside in Kalamazoo County.
Our in-home early childhood education and child development program combines the benefits of formal preschool education with the warm and familiar comforts of a loving home. Familiar surroundings help to make transitions easier for young children.
Our preschool program offers 3-hour classes daily as well as an extended day program from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Openings are few and fill quickly; if we are currently unable to accommodate your schedule, we would be happy to add you to our waiting list and we will call you as soon as an opening becomes available.
